Our two Birch Cabins are deluxe log cabins with private bathrooms and kitchenettes. Each cabin has air conditioning, heat and ceiling fans, along with a queen bed and two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds. Linens are included.

No Team Parties or Large Gatherings are allowed at the Cabins.

There is a Pavilion available for Team Parties or Large Gatherings.

  • Total Rate Includes 6% Occ. Tax and $100.00 Refundable Damage Deposit
  • Damage Deposit is returned within 30 days of Departure by Check if Cabin is left as it was at check-in.
  • Additional Overnight Guest = $6.00 a night
  • Additional Day Visitor = $3.00 a day

  • Call or Email to check availability and set up reservation.
  • Receive Email Reservation Request Form.
  • Send Check or Money Order for $300 Non-Refundable Payment* by the date on the Reservation Request Form. Reservations are not held if Non-Refundable Payment is not received by the due date.
  • Send Balance by Balance Due Date.

CANCEL POLICY:

  • Non-Refundable Payment is Non-Refundable.
  • Cancel prior to Cancel Date to receive refund of Balance.
  • Balance is Non-Refundable On or After Cancel Date.
  • If concerned about cancelling, we recommend purchasing travel insurance.

Shorter Stays are available in the Off-Season and may be available in June, depending on Occupancy. Please call or email for Availability and Rate Information.

There are NO exceptions to the Cancellation Policies regardless of the reason.

Refunds will be mailed back within 30 days of cancellation.

Baseball Tournament Dates: BEFORE you book ... which park are you attending?

The 2026 Youth Baseball Tournament Dates between the two 12U baseball tournaments are NOT THE SAME.

Ask your coach which tournament you are attending either Cooperstown Dreams Park OR Cooperstown All Star Village. Often coaches will say we are going to “Cooperstown”  this can be confusing because the parks are not both in Cooperstown. All Star Village is a 1/2 hour away from Cooperstown in Oneonta NY. Not only are they apart from one another but the parks are on different schedules, different by one day.

The baseball schedule is a 6 night schedule, which make the check-in and check-out dates different each week.

Due to the difference in Tournament Dates, we may not be able to accept reservations for the Cooperstown All-Star Village Dates.
