Our Fern Glamping Cabins offer a simple, comfortable way to enjoy a Cooperstown camping getaway with a few extra comforts already waiting for you. Two of our Fern Cabins offer the Fern Glamping experience, combining the simplicity of a peaceful wooded cabin with a few extra comforts, including a queen-size bed with linens, convenient in-cabin amenities and a relaxing front porch.
Smoking is NOT allowed in cabins.
No pets are permitted inside or outside of cabins.
No Team Parties or Large Gatherings are allowed at the Cabins.
There is a Pavilion available for Team Parties or Large Gatherings.

The Youth Baseball Tournament dates for the two 12U baseball tournaments are NOT THE SAME.
Ask your coach which tournament you are attending — either Cooperstown Dreams Park or Cooperstown All Star Village. Often coaches will simply say the team is going to “Cooperstown,” which can be confusing because the two parks are in different locations and operate on different schedules.
Cooperstown All Star Village is located in Oneonta, approximately 30 minutes from Cooperstown.
Because the tournament schedules and arrival dates differ, please confirm which tournament your team is attending before making your cabin reservation.
